Summary
Llais are an independent statutory body, set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales much more say in the planning and delivery of their health and social care services – locally, regionally and nationally.
Their work is driven by the concerns of people in Wales and they work with individuals and community groups to identify them.
The service works as a representative for everyone, working collaboratively with health and social sector, third section and community services alongside individuals in Wales.
They provide influence and advocacy for people of Wales to get the services they need in a way which works best for them.
